Please do NOT save the app to Program Files or Program Files (x86). Run the setup, ignore the warning from Windows Smart Screen if it pops up. To install the app you have to download setup at first. So far the only timeline is that it will be coming sometime in December.Rocket League Workshop is a desktop app made with Tkinter, for loading and downloading Rocket League Workshop maps from steam workshop. Within the next couple weeks they will release more information on what will exactly be in it. Once complete, the Uploader Tool auto-detects all the assets and once you hit ‘Submit,’ your level is off to the races! Will allow content creators to upload their levels The Uploader Tool will ask for a few details, including a creation name, a brief description of it, the level file itself, and a preview image before you’re good to go. If you wish to upload one of your already created levels, you can do so by using new Steam Workshop Uploader Tool that will be included in the next update which, Its then as easy as clicking “workshops” and opening the level up.
To get to your download after it installs, just open up Rocket League and head to the “extras” tab. Once you’re in the Workshop section you can just hit the subscribe button next to any of the Workshop levels and Steam will automatically download them when they become available. From there you search for Rocket League under the hubs and it will take you to where you need to go. To get where you need to, you can click on the “Community” tab in Steam. In order to play these new levels players will need to subscribe to the new arenas in the “coming soon” section located in the Steam Community Hub. With our new Steam Workshop support, it will be much easier for modders to share creations without having to edit game files. The Rocket League modding community like our fans on the RocketLeagueMods subreddit, have built some fantastic stuff using the Unreal Engine 3 UDK over the past year - including frenchfries’ own Rocket League Obstacle Course and Dribbling Challenge 1 to name just a few.
